After all being said Why did unemplyment denied me benefits??? please someone one explained this to me.?

I work for this company for 10 years. Last November while pregnant was out for 2 weeks because I had bronchitis. I give birth the end of January 2011 via c-section. Two and 1/2 months later I had return to work because I kept getting calls about how I needed to return to work as soon as possible because my FMLA time was about to run out. May 15 2011. I was injured while I was at work; my back went out on me while I was helping a client to bring into his room his laundry bag up the stairs. Ambulance was called and I had to be taken to the E.R because I could not walk and was in a lot of pain. I was set to return to work 6/5/11. In the mean time I had given my doctors notes to the manager from the hospital and another doctor’s note from physical therapy. What had happened with my back is that a ligament in my lower back had shifted according to PT. On May 22nd I had to make another trip to the E.R because again I was in excruciating pain, and was given a doctor’s note to return to work 5/29/11. I started going to PT 5/24/11. Unfortunately I got into a car accident on 5/31/11. I and my first son 3yr old were injured. I call my former manager the next day after the accident and explained to her that I was in a car accident, and originally I was scheduled to start work June5th but I won’t be able to and that I have a doctor’s note from the E.R which I fax to her on June 2nd, explaining that I would need to be out for a few days. During the conversation, I could hear the frustration in the manager's voice and I felt she didn't believe that I was in a car accident. She then just told me, well ok I will let human resources know, feel better, then we hang up the phone. June 4th 2011, one day before I was supposedly scheduled to start work, I got a letter from the company stating that I am now removed from my full time position due to my own serious health condition and that as of June 6th 2011 my position was no longer available to me. No one contacted me nor even gave me a chance to argue or to even save my position. The note continued on to say that I would be place in a relief position {relief means, I would be contacted for work when needed}. June 6th 2011 I called Human resources of that company wanted to speak to the director who is in charge of hiring and firing people, would not even speak to me and had redirected my calls to the director of benefits and compensation. I scheduled an appointment the next day with the director of benefits. During the meeting I ask her who's decision was it to removed me from my position, she told me, when she spoke to my manager she was under the impression that I told the manager I was not coming back to work indefinitely, I responded to her, I never told the manager such thing. I then went on to ask her will I be able to get unemployment she responded "No". And that I am still employed but as a relief employee. I then went on to say to her, relief is not going to pay my bill and after 10 years of my services, working all crazy hours almost all holidays working for them trying to help them out when they are short of staff, could I be treated in such manners. She told me well “get a doctors letter giving the dates you are able to return to work and we will activate you on the relief list. I simply told her ok, and then I exited the room. Originally I had an appointment to see my PCP on June 8th 2011. I was given a not to return to work June 12th 2011, I purposely never sent that letter to them because at that point to me it didn't matter anymore they had "fire me" from my position, and that started June 6th my position was not available to me. When I spoke to a former co-worker of mine, He told me they had already given my position to another employee that was working there. I file for Unemployment anyways, I recently got a call back from unemployment telling me they are refusing to pay unemployment because I “Voluntarily quit", It's not true, these people made the assumption I was in poor health, and not given any chance FIRED ME. With all that being said my question to you is with all information given will I be able to file a law suit against that company? How am I going to let unemployment see and understand my side of this story. I am desperate for answers here.

I think they're insane (for lack of a better word) for believing in something so utterly ridiculous. The Bible is scientifically flawed on a MASSIVE SCALE and in many, many ways (seriously, look them up, Christians), failed prophecies (not simply ones that haven't come to pass, I mean ones that did not happen as was predicted), Morally bankrupt--they don't talk much about things like "God" ordering parents to stone their children to death for being "disobedient", or giving men permission to take his new wife to her father's door and stone her if he believes she wasn't a virgin, or ordering for the death of THOUSANDS of innocent people-INCLUDING INFANTS AND WOMEN. There is so much more to go into but I won't bother. I was once a Christian but ironically studying the Bible in-depth is what led to my faith dissolving. It's been one of the most difficult things I've ever experienced. I thought I was 'in love' with the God of the Bible only to realize I was delusional and had been fed a bunch a giant fairytle (with a very, very dark side they didn't tell me about in Sunday school) my entire life and it's a very difficult and uncomfortable thing to seperate from something that became such a large part of your identity. I have 2 warrants out, can I make a police report & not get arrested?

My now ex has my golf clubs at his mother's house and is threatening me via text to sell them. I have 2 warrants out that I just found out about late Friday afternoon and can't go to court until Tuesday due to the long weekend. I want to file a report and have already called the police but never made a report except that the conversastion was recorded. I am being watched and it's freaking me out?

There is this guy who I would see every so often around town and at the gym. He seemed like a okay person but he would stare at me a lot and not say anything. This made me nervous. Xbox freeze fix please help me.?

My xbox elite was working perfectly. Then I tried to do an aimbot usb hack from youtube. I didnt follow through though causeI was scared of getting banned. All I did was transfer a profile to the usb tHEN OFF MY XBOX. A couple of hours later I turned on the xbox then right when it signed in to live it started showing thedashboard then it froze. It sounds to me like an urgent trip to the vet is in order. There are several things that you mentioned that concern me. Bloated belly could be worms, walks in circles and runs into things could be eyes or brain issues or something else entirely. Has the puppy been de-wormed , what about vaccinations? You say that the friend was the cause of the problems, was the puppy a product of improper breeding? Improper breeding can lead to many problems. I have personally seen puppies that were doing some of the things that you describe that were the product of improper breeding such as walking in circles. The puppy seems to have a lot of things going on so I would say get the vet to take a look and if at all possible get the full story from your friend. I am being watched and it's freaking me out?

Whenever someone comments on my status, I receive a text message letting me know. Our router keeps dropping Internet/WiFi connection.?

We have 4 computers, one all-in-one WiFi printer, iPad & an iPod touch. Recently our network connection kept dropping whenever we would try to download large files from the Internet or open large pages. I can't update my laptop's iTunes because part way through it stops and gives me an ip address conflict error. I tried printing something off to day and the printer cut off the WiFi connection midway through the printing job. 2 of the computers are attached to the router via Ethernet & the other two are WiFi. We are running a netgear router. We also can't transfer larger files from one computer of another with out it dropping and giving us an error

What are some things that could happen?

I'm 30 weeks pregnant with my second child. This child is a boy and I have a 2 year old daughter. My daughter was born about 2 1/2 weeks early via c-section and weighed 8lbs 9oz! Babies born in my family tend to be huge- I was 9lbs, my sister and brother were almost 10lbs. My grandma had twins and one was 8lbs 3 oz and the other was almost 8lbs...so as you can see, big babies run in my family! My 2nd pregnancy is a little different. I feel and look like I'm due next week, not in 8 weeks. My belly is huge and I couldn't be more uncomfortable. My back is killing me, my joints hurt and generally my body feels like hell. I haven't gained a huge amount of weight and I'm not diabetic. A few days ago I went to my 30 week apt and told the doctor that I just have a feeling that this child is A LOT bigger than we know and that I feel like I'm about 37/38 weeks, not 30. She measured me and said I'm measuring about 4 weeks ahead and scheduled me for an ultrasound to see how big this baby is in 2 weeks. What can happen if they do find out the baby is a month ahead? Will more tests have to be done to make sure? Will I have him early? I seriously don't think I can be pregnant another 2 months. My body won't be able to handle it. Also, I'm having this child c-section, that's what I had for my daughter, although nothing has been scheduled yet. P.S. They have not found anything medically "wrong" with me either. Help!? What could happen?!?!

Yeah I have neurofibromatosis it causes tumors to grow on the end of nerve endings. i have these 2 bi tumors one on my neck and the other on the back of my head. when i was in elementary in middle school i would always get in fights on the way home from school the kids used to call me bump boy. it was usually several people and I've always been a small person but when i would get beat up my school would say it wasn't any thing they could do about it because it was off school property. Hey, so today it was 95 degrees and school today was absolutely brutal because we don't have air conditioning. IPad 2 sounds distorted over headphones?

I got my iPad and it was working fine. I'm a guitarist, so I also got the iRig, which lets me connect my guitar to the iPad via the headphone jack. Using GarageBand, when I'm recording something everything sounds great. But if I try to play music or videos or anything else, the sound is distorted, as if someone was playing with the EQ an completely messed it up. Does anyone have any idea as to what can be done?

Jesus was speaking about the fall of Jerusalem when He was speaking to the disciples. Jesus never said what the signs of the end of times are or when it would come. Jesus does not know this information, only God does. The point of life is to live happily with God in your life and Jesus in your heart. I do it and I don't feel life is pointless. I hate you feel that way, could be b/c you don't have God in your life. Actually I am very pleased with my life and everything in it. I'm not perfect and my life is not perfect, but I have a happy heart and that makes a world of difference. Anyway the "Brother will turn on brother........" bit has been happening all along. We are not to predict when God will return, it's not our job and God does not want us to. God will come when He is ready. I don't know what He is waiting for, but I trust that He will come in time. I can imagine that He is waiting on the world to get to the point of where He has to come save the Christians or the Christians will not be able to take it anymore. That is just an opinion though.

It's not discrimination if your landlord has a valid reason to refuse your request, a valid reason would be that you have been late with your rent in the past, making you an unreliable tenant. In all fairness she doesn't have to lower anybody's rent at all, the lease you signed states the amount of rent you have to pay and is legally binding. Rent very rarely goes down, it either stays the same or increases so your roommate was very lucky! I can only assume that he is a good tenant who always pays his rent/bills on time and that you unfortunately don't have such a good tenancy record. You could try asking her if it's possible to change the date you pay your rent if that would make it easier for you to pay on time, otherwise maybe you could save the $25 somewhere else in your budget.

Okay so i'll make this as short and sweet as possible, I've been best friends with the same girl ever since we were in 4th grade (im now 22 and she is 21) so that's a pretty long friendship. We even remained best friends when her parents forced her to move to Florida when we were about 15. We even flew back and forth about twice a year to see each other. So anyway, last August i started seeing my now fiance and we moved in together. Now my fiance makes very good money for someone our age working for a city construction/excavating company which allows him to bring home about $700 a week. Now my best friend new about that because i had told her all about him obviously even before we moved in together. So Her and my yearly visit was coming up and i was really excited to see her. so the week before she got here i found out i was pregnant and i was so excited she was the first person i wanted to tell so we called her and she literally said "cool that ruins my summer plans!" and i was so taking a back i had to tell her i had to go and hung up the phone. So we actually didn't even talk again until the day that she got here. So we drove the 35 min to go and get her at the airport and my fiance's younger sister came with us and as soon as *mary* gets in the car one of the first things she says is "i just cant wait to get laid while im here" and i was like what!?! and the look of shock on his little sisters face and his was so embarrassing because ive never known her to be like that at all. so we got back to our house and all she wanted to do was go to the bar and i was like "Mary, im pregnant there is no way im going to the bar with you" so she literally left my house to go stay with another friend that was willing to go to the bar with her and that made me really upset. So now all these things are things i could have just brushed off or even had an easy conversation with her that the things she was saying were making me uncomfortable but then it got a lot worse.The next day her other friend had to work so i went and picked her back up and on the way back to my house she told me all about how she only had enough money for her plane tickets and she was flat broke and didn't know what she was going to do..so then when we got back she waited until i was out of the room and then told my fiance the same story. So we decided to go play pool and when we got there he paid for it. So we were there no less then 10 min and she's completely leaning over the table, using the stick as a pole, shaking her butt..and were in a family bowling alley and there's 5 year old's running around all around us and i was livid i was so uncomfortable i felt like we were with a stranger. So after we left there my boyfriend also paid for her lunch, 2 rounds of pool and 2 bowling, drinks at convience stores,dinner, anything she asked for. So then she said she wanted to go to this one store while she was back home so we go and when were standing in line i see her reach into her purse to get something and i see her wallet wide open with like $300 in it..and my fiance had just spent about $400 because he thought she had no money and wanted her to have a good time. So i didnt say anything until after we dropped her off and he was furious, but what made it worse was then she didnt talk to me the entire rest of the time she was here until she needed a ride back to the airport even when i texted and called her.so then the other friend went to FL for the week after *mary* left and i didnt hear from her that whole time either..only after that girl left then was she concerned about why we werent talking. So i stopped talking to her all together because i was so mad, and so yesterday she sent me a message on Facebook and said "i hope your relationship is worth ruining a 12 year friendship just because he wont let you talk to me" and i was like really are you that oblivious to what you did wrong. How to test AV input output cords?

A few months ago, we bought a portable dvd system for our car, basically 1 dvd player that outputs audio/visual to a second screen via an AV cord. The source player still plays video and gets sound, but there is no output to the second screen. I want to test the cord for a short with my multimeter, but don't know how. It is a single line, I am guessing 3.5 mm. Same jack at both ends: from the base of the plug, there are roughly 3 equal cylinders separated by grooves, followed by a tip that is tapers out and back in. Any idea how to accomplish. Help! i broke my headset!?

To add more info to the first answer (which is very informative), But I'll add: take the slab of clay, then draw onto it with a sharp tool. Then add a thin slab of clay inside of the drawing so that your drawing of Ganesha now "pops" out from the flat slab. Be careful to not have any undercuts (no overhanging forms that would catch your finger). Then, look again at the photo or drawing that you are recreating. And decide what are forms that come forward and what are forms that are layered over each other. Do the arms overlap the torso? Do the knees come forward? Is the belly round? If the arms come in front of the belly, then add another thin slab of clay to create the arms. Continue to add layers to make your figure "pop" out in 3D from the slab...but make sure that all these forms are thin slabs and that you are compressing ALL the forms...this is what makes it a bas relief and NOT a normal sculpture!

If you want credibility, I can only tell you that the bible is correct. It is the only religious book that contains not ONLY prophesy, but FULFILLMENT as well. There are many references in the gospels to Jesus completing Jewish prophesy of the messiah. The Bible also is a collection of text that include hundreds of years of historical fact (pertaining to Israel of course) But, if you want to know denominations, then I say, pick none. Simply believe in jesus Christ, and that he died for you. You can go to any church and be personally non-denominational. Certain acronyms in an address?

im doing some work in which ive received a list of addresses to visit, now sometimes there are duplicates of these addresses that are exactly the same except for an acronym at the end. some are easy to understand such as "BAS" meaning basement. but others i have no clue. the ones im in need of is "RC" "SS" and "HAUT". as its a government job of course they have no idea what they mean. the way they are used in the address is 123 MAIN ST *** A1B 2C3 just replace "***" with RC, SS or HAUT. so the short form is wth do these mean?
