A child giving child-porn to and adult who asked for it?

My best friend was in a relationship with an adult (over 18) and he asked for pictures and vids of her ( we all know what Im talking about). Now she broke up with him, and he can't get over it, so he's going to blackmail her with the vids and nude pics, he's gonna show it to everyone via phone, internet and everything. Who would get in more trouble? the big dou-- the adult or the child?
