Should I be mad at my boyfriend for this?

It's my Birthday today & we were going to go out together tonight but he semi-cancelled today (via facebook -.-) and I haven't heard from him since. All he has done is said Happy Birthday (via facebook aswell).. I'm pretty pissed.
