Do you ever wish you could just go off and have an adventure like what you read in books?

Like the kind of things you read in books. A girl (or guy) runs off with their best friends on an adventure in search of something, or are running away from danger, you know what I mean? Or even going on an adventure on your own and meeting new people. I just think it would be kind of fun to go on an adventure with your friends (meaning your parents aren't tagging along, lol) with that thrill of a little danger. Whenever I read books like that (for example: Dark Visions, The Forbidden Game, Pale Assassin, The Prophecy of the Sisters, etc). I honestly don't know why I think that would be fun, but whenever I read books like that, I tend to think of myself as the main character going on a life changing journey. I'm not the only one who daydreams about this stuff, am I?
