PS3 NAT type private party problem !?

Me and my friend arre trying to play off his playstation but his NAT type is strict (Nat 2) so we cannot play private matches with friends or anything. We are connected to the playstation via a wireless connection. We have a Thomson TG782T router. How do I make it so we can play with friends? =]
