Ebay item already sold to someone else "Help"?

I've only had one problem I got nowhere originally, until I rang Paypal and complained suddenly with a couple of days I got my money back. Call Ebay & Paypal . and don't forget negative feedback on Ebay, they don't like people doing that so perhaps it will wake them up.
