Western Union Money Transfer Palava?

I'm 16 and live alone. My uncle travelled to london 2wks ago. I told him to send me some cash cause I'm really broke. He agreed to send it. But the problem is that I'm only 16 and do not posess a national I.D card. I had a school I.D card but I can't find it. This is the first time he'll be operating via WUMT so he as confused as I am. Can I recieve the money without the I.D Card?
