Joiku spot premium not working on my computer?

ok so i bought the premium, it was working with out encryption. but then when i turned encryption on. and connected to it via my laptop it said. verifying and it would not connect. there was an internet sign but with a yellow warning triangle. my phone is n97mini. i hate the phone, but its the only one i'v got. i have try'd re installing and it did not work. please help :)
