Pregnancy question!!!!?

For the people who believe in the spiritual gifts! I went to church Sunday morning and my aunt (who has the gift of prophecy) was praying for my husband and i was standing next to him...she touched my lower stomach, prayed, looked up at me and said "Yes!" so i asked her what kind of "yes" that was and she said "You know..." my husband and i have been praying and wanting a baby...now here's the story!-- I started my period on a Friday but that night i stopped bleeding so my husband and i had sex....the next day, i bled heavy, then spotted...Sunday, i barely bled at all and the same on Monday, it's Tuesday & i'm spotting light pink blood....is it possible to have conceived on that Friday?? If i am pregnant, it would have happened then because of the period right??? Either i JUST conceived or it's going to happen soon....just wanting to know if that's possible.
