Where in the Bible was this Prophecy fulfilled?

I got a list of Prophecies of Jesus' Birth. I'm having trouble with one of them though. It's Genesis 49:10 and its called from the line of Judah. I can't find in the new testament where it was filled. Please help me if you know the correct answer. Thanks.
