Some questions related to physical exercises , would be very glad for answers or any information?

The pain may be a hernia (small tear in the abdominal wall) i had a similar pain like you described. took 2 weeks off from the gym, went back to my routine but less weights and strain. the pain came back. now i need surgery to repair the hernia. i'd get it checked out by a doctor asap.
