Nokia n95 firmware update help?

Can anyone help me please! I was updating my nokia n95's firmware through my p.c using the nokia ovi suite. Everything was going ok until it got to the "installing device software" part. It said "about 15 minutes total" and thats were its been for more then an hour now! Phone is on and still connected via the usb cable. What do i do?
