How does BAH work for National guard officers going to BOLC2-3?

Hey Mark, why don't you demand enough funds to cover a summer cottage by the lake as well, and the power boat to go with it! Why should you get any additional funding, what makes you any different than the next grunt living in the barracks? How about giving the taxpayers a break!
